Ah, I mostly meant that it seems the ICs need to be constantly looking over the beginners' shoulders and giving them advice.  I feel that lurkers in general would make poor ICs--not by virtue of skill, just in terms of activity level.

Are you 100% sure that you will be here regularly, giving good advice and always be there so that the beginners stay informed?

It might be best not to IC at the moment.  I gained a good few issues with you the past few games.

I may have to out on this one - unless we're taking a good Thanksgiving break - I'll be out Wednesday, home on Saturday or Sunday, next week. Maybe internet connection, but my wireless is nonfunctional and I probably won't have time to play.

You'll note I say nothing about whether you are capable of it.

I believe you can.  However, I'll admit I was burned when you completely ignored the scumchat in BYOR:ExKirby.  In fact, I've seen a few cases where you've been actively posting in one thread but kept on being silent through 2-3 other games. 

Note that I didn't ban you from it.  If you seriously SERIOUSLY can be not just 'there' but very useful (i.e. Pandar and Vector in BM 5 are good examples) and very help then come in.  If you have ANY doubts then be wary.
