I’ll post signups for FBYOR 5 - Less Bad Than Before tonight. Hope I can get a nice round 13 players, but I’ll still be able to run an interesting game with 9 to 11.

FBYOR 5 is over. Didn't go that well, but I learned from the experience.

Add Forbidden Ritual to planned games - a mafia based around mana, sharing, and communal contributions.

Remove Actual Bastard Fallacy LaBeouf from planned games (it was a placeholder name), and add Devil Suits to the games queue - a fast-paced bastard mod.

You can put it straight in the queue. Planned games is like a heads up for games planned but not ready to run yet. You want to get in the queue ASAP as it takes forever to percolate.

Yeah, Planned Games is as much a reminder for the mod that they have an idea they want to run eventually as much as anything.

Might be that not everyone wants to play that game.  We could do an interest check on something like Meph's Paranormal and possibly override the queue momentarily to build some momentum.  Might be that people want a specific type of game.

I think it'd be better to say what type of game that is.  Do you mean Mountainous?  If so, I'm not particularly a fan.

I think checking to see which games in the Queue people want to play would be a good idea:

Personally, I think a BYOR is probably a bad idea to run right now, so I'd probably exclude mine, but something fast and easy like One Day Ultimate Mafia or an old classic like Paranormal or maybe even a smaller game, like Vengeful or iRobot would probably get some people up and moving again.

To be honest, I think it might be a bit of mafia burnout/people being busy in the run-up to the holidays... if you want a game to start soon, quickly checking who's around to play at all might come before deciding which kind of game.

Just a normal one with a cop, a doctor, and mafia. Simple and clean. (And likely to be a trainwreck due to bay12 meta.)
