A simple 5 person nightless setup:

Special rules
The mafia can't kill at all. There is no Night phase.
If the godfather is lynched at any point, the town immediately wins. (This is the only special quality of the godfather.)
If, on Day 1 only, one of the townies is lynched, this townie immediately gets to make a vigilante kill. (See Vengeful Townie)
The town does not automatically win by having the godfather killed in this way.
When you are dead, you must post your true role PM, vengekill if appropriate, and stop posting
Vengekills in red.

The following roles are used:
    * 1 Godfather
    * 1 Mafioso
    * 3 Townies

I kind of want to see a thread where five or six of those are running at once (with players playing in a few each).

Scenario in which it lasts as long as possible:
Mafioso is lynched day 1.
Towny is lynched day 2, vengekills towny.
Tie game on day 3?
Other than that, the game only lasts two days at most. It's an excellent setup for very fast games.

Not quite.  No vengekills after Day 1.

Still a short game.  Absolute longest a game can last is three das.
