Firstly, I'm not going to put ALL of them in.  Balance, playability, fun factor, and contradiction issues will be involved.

Secondly, once the signups starts, it'll be up to the players what rules go in.  Only rules that get at least half the players requesting it will go in. 

So while I imagine a few people will be requesting EVERYTHING!!!!, I imagine others will be only doing one or two or even none.  In the end, the majority will get their say.

Note that I design the player roles to suit the established rules, so whether EVERYTHING!!! goes in or nothing, the game should be interesting.

Again though: No utterly broken roles at the start (now if you RUIN yourselves due to how you USE your rules, you have yourselves to blame).  No multiple scum groups.  Nothing that completely destroys the day game. 

Btw, initial plans place the minimum rank at C, though I will consider players below that rank if they ask nicely.  HOWEVER, I WILL put your rank in consideration when making your role.

Well, I'll have time tomorrow so I can spend some of it on the inevitable spreadsheet.

If I finish I might start Signups early if only to let people discuss and try to figure out what the rules will do.  If I do, the game won't start until AFTER BYOR 3 ends.

Strongly considering it actually. Its against my policy, but the fact that I've actually been following the game means I'd probably be able to hop in. I just wish I wasn't so busy with RL stuff (and not so real life stuff).

Most of my time has been taken up by homework and dodging zombies, both of which can be time consuming activities... but hell, you know what? Even someone who can barely get on is better than noone at all.
