So when will the holiday game be? Is it going to be Pick Your/a Holiday?

I could run it, but I probably won't have time until Paranormal 17 ends. And that's going to be a bit, since we're only at Night 2.

I'll volunteer Mafia Salad to be a test-bed for 3rd party LurkerTracker auditing, barring any major outcry from the players.  Once every 24h or so would be fine.

PS: Speaking of the lurkertracker, if Toaster, Janus, or Wuba would like, I could pop in the running games and post a report every once in a while; just let me know if you think it would be useful.
I'm actually using it in Sorcerer's Apprentice to run the prods, but posting it would probably be overkill.

OK, I'm glad you guys have found it useful. Toaster, I'll drop in every day or two with a new one; let me know if you wish me to stop or to do it differently.

Also, please don't fully trust the RedText finder thing yet; it's generally good, but it has been known to miss an entry here and there, and I still need to tinker with it more.

The VM5 thread will open for signups some time tonight, then, unless there are objections.

I would use it... But there's only so much effort I can put forth. Plus, there's usually less players in my game than Paranormal.

No effort on your part is required, just say the word, and I'll pop in every couple of days with a post like this one in Salad. I have no agenda to push, nor wish to force people into anything... just making an offer if the mods would find it helpful, and assuming I have the time. But it's no big deal either way; if you don't request it, I'll assume you are fine without my verbose help.

About VM5: real life is intruding again, so I'll probably delay opening the thread for a day or two. It's holidays in the US, so it's not like we're expecting heavy traffic for the next few days anyway.

If nobody objects, I think I'll run Bring Your Own Winter Holiday myself. If the game winds up being large (10+ players) I might need a co-mod to help with balancing.

Playing games just isn't as much fun as it once was in the past.

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

I'll in for that provisionally, but if you need I co-mod I'll out to be that.

Given that there aren't that many winter holidays, how do you plan to deal with people picking the same holiday?

There's no need to pick the holidays themselves. "Snow" and "Santa" are valid choices.

Also, no need for identical choices to get identical roles.

I actually suggested this as a joke in response to an attempt to be PC, y'know.

Finally got around to updating the list.

We don't seem to have any games in the Queue or signups.

You should take off my planned games (including Prism).  I don't have the energy to run those right now, and it'll be a good while before I do.

And yeah: Someone needs to run the next BM.  Takers?

Also, for anyone who cares, I'm going to revamp the Signboard tomorrow to accept your input.  You'll see when I'm done.
