It's an interesting idea, but as I said, I doubt that you will find 15 people, much less be able to keep them active.

No harm in letting him keep it in sign-ups. It's not like we have a glut of games going on right now.

I agree, though, that shooting for a smaller number of players is probably wise.

Hi there. So, as you may have noticed, I started a game without consulting this thread.

I liked your idea quite a bit, it sounds like fun. There's another thread that hasn't been active for a while to discuss game balance, creation & set up. I'll look for it and bump it, so you can discuss your potential balance issues better.

That said, to both of you and the rest: we do need more games open! I want to play something role heavy, like a BYOR or Paranormal, or GG's Alien/Zombie/Demons (had I known it would be that much fun, I'd have inned there). I'm only in VM3 for now, and those only last a couple of days... There's only the BM and suggestions of a Mountainous coming, nothing role heavy. 8-/

I want cults, and resurrections, and cops, trackers, & PWVs. Throw a guy a bone, yes?

Hmmm. Doesn't seem like my type of game. Wasn't a fan of Wizard Duel either. But I certainly have no objections, the board needs more open games, and wish you success with it. Go for it.

It's much more straight forward than Wizard's Duel.  Each day there's a lynch, each night there's a nightkill. 

The power-roles are different in that their power depends on how much support they get from the non-power-roles, but until/unless people reveal if/which Sorcerer they are, you can't necessarily tell who you're supporting.  Of course, nothing's stopping them from lying...

To each their own though.

Bring-Your-Own-Roles seem like a great idea until they actually start.  Then they tend to not go so well...
