Seriously, why bring that in here? And note, Dr. McNinja is an Irish Doctor that is also a Ninja. And the fact he studied under Benjamin Franklin.

Depends what you mean by "real". Home McNinja is almost definitely the one we've been following in the comic thus far. That said, home McNinja is a clone, captured McNinja the original, and captured McNinja will die.
