My King arrived with the discovery of Adamantine without his Consort.  I just assumed it was my population wasn't high enough to trigger her arrival.  So I held off taking any action.  Several migrant waves later, my population is at 163 and I grew concerned enough to backup and abandon my fortress so I could view its history and learn if she had died during world generating.  Apparently she's still alive and beat up a whole bunch of bears yet won't migrate to my fortress.  Is there a reason for this?

Adamantine kings come without their retinue. More relevantly, this means that their retinue will never arrive. This is known, and possibly a bug.
