I'm not here to do anything revolutionary, this is simply exactly what it is, an RTD.
The basic premise is this, you are a four man group of persons who travel the multiverse and solve various problems as you find them. This essentially means that you will play a series of mini-adventures with their own separate plots and objectives, versus one, grand quest or storyline. You will be given a limited amount of terms to solve each problem, usually around 5, though longer in some cases. All items and skills from previous worlds are kept, so use that to your advantage, especially in the case where you can't solve a certain problem on one world. You get bonuses for success with missions, but this may not always be possible.
The dice in this RTD are slightly different, due to the simplicity of the rules, I am reducing the die used from 6 to 4 sided, so only four sorts of results can occur:
4=Super Success, Goal achieved and something more.
3=Success, Goal achieved.
2=Failure, Goal failed.
1=Epic Failure, Goal failed, damage done to you or your ability to complete objective.
I'm reducing it to this because the 1-6 system didn't work to well for me last time, as I found it hard to quantify the 3 and 4 values a result.

Skills:(2 things, anything mundane such as climbing or dancing, try to be varied here since I will throw a wide range of missions at you, plan these out carefully.)
Power:(1 only, something extraordinary or supernatural that the character can do. These you will need to run by me for approval, since I don't want uberpowers breaking the game.
You can train more skills over time by performing them and passing skill up checks, if you survive long enough to qualify for them. Additional powers are a special case I will have to judge.
And finally, BE PREPARED TO DIE, I AM NOT GOING EASY ON ANYBODY.
I'm going with 4 to begin with, as the rules stated, and I will take waiters for characters will be hard pressed to stay alive.

Bio: ex special force soldier of the Gnomen empire. very short even for a gnome.

Skills: sneaking and acrobatics
Power: pressure point attack to stun enemys

Name: John "Jericho" Orion
Bio: Born in a slum, his father abandoning his mother after his birth, berated through his entire childhood, and watching his mother burned to death at 15, John went into a psychotic break-down and went on a murder spree. By the time he was caught, he had managed to murder more that half of the city's population. After he was committed to death, he was put into a secret government experimentation, expecting to die from the prototype testing. Problem is, he didn't.
Skills: Close quarter combat, Fire arms
Power: Because of government experimentation, John has the ability to shape-shift.
