Sentence structure.  Diction, syntax, punctuation usage, proclivities towards logorrhea.

Incriminating speech pattern.

My sentance structure is incriminating now? How the hell do you figure that?

Why am i lynching Pandar? Because i think he's probably scum and he is being evasive about his abilities and powers, Org did something to Pandar, by Org's admission he doesn't know what happened, Pandar refuses to talk straight about either that or his normal abilities except to say that all actions on him turn into guilty investigations, ergo i feel the best result will be achieved by lynching Pandar.

But why did you wait until it seemed a bandwagon had built before finally voting him?

Because when i left the thread i was just asking questions, the next time i checked it, i saw there were no answers to those questions so i planted my vote on him, the fact that in that time everyone else appears to have leapt onto him was irrelevant, especially considering that for a large portion of the time i was asleep.

Sudden run-ons--to the point of near-incomprehensibility--when under heavy fire.  I've caught Pandarsenic with it twice, now (NSBM, IMBML(BM(M))).

Why?  Because extreme run-ons indicate nervousness, especially when you typically manage a more succinct structure.  You don't typically talk like this.

So, what does this mean?  It means that your posting-meta is broken and you are behaving in an overly-emotional fashion.  To me, those two things together--as well as Leafsnail's conjectures--indicate scum.

Congratulations, you're using someone elses scumtell on me. Seriously, what the hell Vector? That's only barely logical.

Run on sentances are an indication that i am tired, as i don't do proper grammer checks when tired.

No, it's something I suspected was a universal scumtell and has thus far worked both times I tested it.  Unfortunately, both people happened to be Pandarsenic.  It'd be good to get more information so I can calibrate better.

...

Are you seriously trying to tell me that you typically write like your mind is gushing uncontrollably, and only remedy this tendency by editing?  I might believe that, if it hadn't shown up just as you were accused.  I've never seen you play scum, and I've never seen you talk like this before.  I suspect you've probably posted while tired previously.  As such, I end up guessing that the speech pattern shift is a result of being scum, not something else.

Vector, i'm a perfectionist, i write whatever the hell i feel like writing and then edit it as i go so it makes sense, when i'm tired, i not only tend to ramble but i don't do that editing.

I can assure you that my run-on sentance was nothing to do with alignment and everything to do with the fact i got 5 hours sleep last night, which in combination with my sickness is making me quite light headed.

If it makes you feel better; i used to get marked down in English because i tended to write run-on sentances until i started consciously correctin the error.

Okay, light-headedness + sickness is a perfectly viable explanation for rambling--especially since you haven't stopped, which makes more sense in context of an adverse mental state than any alignment.

I know what you mean about run-on sentences in English classes>_>  I, too, was marked down not only for run-ons, but severe punctuation abuses.  Ahh, my papers were red with question marks and flurries of "Confusing.  What do you mean?" in the margins.

Well, anyway.  I'm watching you, but that charge is dropped.  Thanks for the data.

Yes, I know.  That's also precisely what Pandarsenic did, which is why my buzzers went off.

Which is fine, except that trying to use one person's scumtell on a different person is usually doomed to failure.

Vargh.

Just like going "smiling is a happinesstell" on most of the population is doomed to failure, right?

So let's suppose I read a book that says "Smiling means happy, and happiness is defined by various other behaviors."  Then I observe a person smiling, and observe that their behavior is also happy.  I imagine this means I can't then see the next smiling person and go "Hm, that person is likely happy."

No, instead I need to comb through every little detail of all the rest of their behavior every single time, because humanity doesn't do heuristics, it does ALGORITHMS.  This is why we've got facial expressions and signals that mean absolutely nothing, am I right?

...

This situation is like going "Person A is crying.  My guess is that he is sad," and then it turns out that he's been eating onions.  Doesn't mean that my guess was completely broken.  Doesn't mean that my attempt to find out information was bad.  It just means that there were more explanations for a behavior that typically means one particular thing than I had previously thought.
