[40d] (v) and (t) modes can go up beyond top Z-level

When using the functions "v: View Units" and "t: View Items in Buildings", it is possible to position the cursor above the top Z-level of your map - the cursor disappears, and for each time "<" is pressed beyond the top Z-level, ">" must be pressed to make it visible again.
