Practically none. I walk a decent time each day but other than that, nothing.

My routine usually involves staring at my monitor for hours. I should really start working out though, I'm pathetically weak and slightly, hmm... maybe slightly more than slightly, overweight.

I go rock climbing on the weekends, but my routine is usually full up from classes, assignments, papers, meetings, and grading papers. Whatever time I have to myself is usually spent in isolation to make up for the usually hectic schedule. So nah, I don't have any real time to do routine exercise and I'm not a routine kind of guy... so they naturally compliment each other. I guess the only real workout I do is when I'm taking a dump as my dumbells are in the toilet and there's nothing else to do in there.

By the way, that's a very good way to exercise. Hehehe...

I avoid exercise. Exercise makes me skinny. I'm having enough trouble scavenging enough money for food as it is.

Besides, the stairs at uni give far more exercise than I need. I lose like 4 kgs per semester :(

Also, my girlfriend discourages me from exercising, because I'm already skinnier than her, and she doesn't like guys with hard abs.

I'm surprisingly fit, though. Have some nice pace, good acceleration, upper body strength, and good reflexes and looseness. Just that I have very poor stamina.

Cycling to and from school, 30 minutes in total.

So yeah, not really a lot of excercise, but I do manage to stay in shape like this, strangely :V

It would seem that the major differences between myself and yourself is that I have stamina whereas you have upper body strength.
(That is why I run  :P)
