Strife removes several devices assumed explosives from his pocket and lobs them through the door.

An imperceptibly small perfect black hemisphere randomly teleports to a point in the afterlife. A speck of nearby substance unlike the hemisphere is drawn to the flat surface, forming it into a sphere. The sphere splits into two perfect hemispheres which each teleport to a random point, to begin the process again.

Strife turns his head. There are several sharp cracks followed by the roar of expanding plasma. Strife charges through the door.

"Oh god dammit. SANTOREZ! GUARDIAN!"
Phantom charges through the Quarantine Portal

[Armok]

Armok appears in a corner of the portal room, asleep on the floor. beside him is an makshift cardboard sign:
WILL ANSWER PRAYERS 4 WORSHIP

Death comes out of the afterlife portal and looks at armok

[Armok]

Armok is asleep. His avatar is the usual, ordinary-looking black cat.

[Phantom]

Death shrugs and goes back to the after life.

A mouse corpse flies into the room from one portal and hits Armoks head.

[Luke_Prowler]

A massive figure rushed through one of the portals, clad in complete power armor, wielding a daemon hammer in one hand and a bolter in the other. Looking across the portal room, he let out a great roar

"Can I go five minutes without something blowing up!?"

Death walks out again and points towards Strifes Fortress

He seems to be trying to tell you Strife was throwing explosives

Meanwhile, there are bursts of automatic fire from inside the portal.

((Exactly which one? Because there are several))

2 groups of GDI Soldiers consisting of 4 men rush into the Quarantine portal and Strifes portal. Ignoring Death, The Figure, And Armok.

((What's actually IN the quarantine portal? I'm assuming that Strife is randomly firing at tentacle beasts, but I don't want to describe it, lest it's different than it should be. And the GDI chaps should probably be careful if they're entering the Fortress . . .))

(( On the island, there was a GDI Research & Weapons Depot combined into an outpost. About 2 weeks ago something went wrong and an infection broke out. Many of the Allied, GDI, and Civvies were infected and turned into the tentacle horrors and various other thing. For example, one had scythe appendages instead of tentacles.))

The GDI troops in Strifes fortress, who shall be referred to as Fire Team Theta, have set up a defensive line in the room the came in. The ones in the outpost, who shall be referred to as Fire Team Novemberm are currently following Manta and Phantom through the bases armory.
