Frelock: That cop claiming method didn't work out so well in Beginner's mafia 5

Exactly why he didn't claim cop.  He softclaimed that he "had more information," and couldn't tell us what its source was.  This could be anything, and if it turns out Alex was town, then there was some hole in his information, which he could easily make up since he never told us what his info was.  However, the timing of it especially suggests to me that he has nothing, and is merely trying to get the town to lynch Alex for no particular reason.

I would like MagmaDeath to explain his reason on Alexhans, you said you don't want to share but expect people to trust you on that? I'll agree Alexhans is ranty and annoying in this game but I don't feel he's scum myself.

I'll vote Curfews, I think this is more useful than accountability or free speech.

Accountability might get us more information but I think more time is better. Free speech would allow the unconfirmed masons to talk but as they are unconfirmed one of them is probably scum anyway.

I understand that Curfews might already be liberalised because it's hidden we can't tell, however an extension has been requested so if we get it I can change my vote and if we don't then my vote is in the right place.

I am a cop, And Alexhans was scum when I investigated him. With only 9 people, and 4 of them being scum, I think the chance of me getting a miller is pretty low, and therefore he should be lynched.

I don't know who to believe out of the two of them, I'm sure Alexhans will claim MagmaDeath is lieing but I'd rather not lynch someone who claims to be a cop when I'm only convinced otherwise.

I agree with you Rooster that a cop shouldn't claim so early but if he made a mistake it's worth while to stop us wasting a lynch on him. And lets face it Alexhans is good enough at these games to seem town when not being.

Out of curiosity, Shades, if Alexhans comes along and claims a cop who investigated Mr. Person and got scum, what would you do?  By your logic we should never lynch claimed cops, so we would have to lynch Mr. Person.  Then he comes along and claims cop who got a scum result on you.

Don't just let what a person claims push you towards one side or another; people will sometimes claim a useful role to keep from being lynched.  I still believe that Magmadeath is lying through his teeth.
