I thought so, but asking leading questions basically gives scum excuses instead of having them invent their own.  Archangel isn't even playing in this game (which made it all the more confusing when leafsnail put him in the vote count).  Still the fact that you kept on insisting he was scummy, and never providing reasons other than "because Dak said so" leads me to believe that you aren't really looking at the game and forming your own opinions.  You're just jumping on bandwagons that seem plausible.  Of course, the fact that you're still on Alex even when all others diffuses that suspicion somewhat.  I too would like to hear what reasoning of dak's you think is good.

Personally, once I start flinging the term, 'scummy' I try to put my vote there.

Yes I did.  Most people reply with a Bullshit answer to a Bullshit question.  Scum sometimes reply to a Bullshit question with a SERIOUS AS A HEARTATTACK answer. 

Sort of like when you say "Hey, what's you doing in my house." jokingly expecting "aww nothing" and instead getting "OMG why all the questions!  I didn't do anything! You can't blame me I swear!!"

Because i'm not as vote hoppy as you and Ï want to make a good read before I place a vote (That holds some value) so I can pressure someone.  My votes are not influenced by one post but by a whole gameplay (Wich clearly you don't get because you vote every other post).

So you had a good reason on Org when you placed a vote on him?  If not then you very much DID put a vote down with no reason behind it.  Be more consistent please.

My RandomVotes flex more than you because I want to put them to use as I get my read.  I don't just waste time putting a vote on someone I don't have a focus on.  As my focus stays on a person, so does my vote. 

But we shouldn't be talking about how we vote.  We should be talking about why you paniced once a vote fell on you.

Yes.  Not a whole ton but I didn't ask for a whole ton.  I just wanted a first impression.  I vote and question and look for things like...oooh, panic, losing of cool, cracking, forgetting to scumhunt, and overall self-defensiveness to something that's not exactly serious.

So after all that fun I get my read of you.  Yah, you're like in bay 12.  You were town there.  It's fun to go into WOT arguments with you, but, in the end, it WAS a randomvote to read you that turned into an attack to get something real out of you.  What I got was your Meta which was the same then as it was now. 

I don't know your mafia meta, but that's what watching and reading is for.  For now, I'm content.

I want your OWN words on why Alex is scummy.  I do NOT want the entire WOT I wrote which is what caused me to UNVOTE Alex for NOT being scummy.


You quote that entire mess and claim that's when I showed to you why Alex needed to be lynched.  However, I UNVOTED then because of what I wrote in that WOT.


As such you have three choices:

1. Stop using my argument to make your defense since it not only shows that you aren't doing your own work, but also that you are misreading other people's work: both are very anti-town and very small scumtells.  Instead, use your OWN words to explain just what about Alex you dislike. 

note: you CAN use my WOT as a reference, but the argument itself has to be what you write, not me.

2. Unvote since you, have no personal reason for wanting him dead and you're just hanging on to my post because it's a nice sounding direct attack against another player and go find a REAL target and a REAL person to vote for. 

Note: I believe I wrote in here a post about how to scumhunt: it'll be a big one with Step1, Step 2, ext. in it.  If I didn't, I'll post it here.

3. Get lynched in Day 1 AGAIN.

Well, effectivly, he was being overly persistant in the RVS stage, where there was no proof, he over-reacted, generally using *word censored for my sanity* reasons to avoid discussions, generating false facts... yeah. I think I neatly summarized that.

Personally, I can't see a mafia acting like ExKirby (when someone actually catches scum using Refuge in Audacity please give me the link). I CAN see a scum finding someone that's insanely easy to lynch are hounding them until they get lynched, then shrugging their shoulders and going "oh well, he LOOKED scummy."

Sidenote: IIRC, my vote hasn't left you yet and I didn't forget that it hasn't.

Dak, I'm trying to kick scum out of the game, not weak players.  Of course, it's entirely possible that you are correct, that ExKirby is simply a new player making simple newbish mistakes.  I agree that he definitely is not plotting this out with his scumpartner (though that might be a decent idea; one scumparter attracts all attention to themselves while the other lurks away).  He could have gone rogue, however.  I think it was alex in paranormal 6 or something who said to our scumteam "During the day, you're just regular townies trying to find scum.  We're only scum at night."  Alternatively, Exkirby slipped up, and now his teammates have cut him loose.

In any case, I refuse to simply forget about scumtells (like attempting to lynch a person without any reasoning) on account of Exkirby being a newbie.  We have policies for a reason; to catch scum if they slip up.  New scum often slip up, for the very reason that they are new.  What if we have something like an ExKirby, Magmadeath, Rooster scumteam(assuming that there's 3 scum)?  There's no way they could make an effective day strategy.

Now however, I'm starting to realize that there's people here who haven't commented on this situation much.  Bulborish and Magmadeath haven't commented much since we got out of the issues argument.
