Under general rules, mafia would have 2 members with our size.  We don't know if they had been given letters or if they guessed.  Based on the last game, there's someone(s) who's trying to manipulate events to get us to the wrong conclusion.  As such, there's a trick to this that, when found, means the difference between winning and losing.

Yes, putting down the obvious helps me think, so hush.  No, it doesn't work if I erase it

For now, everyone-and I mean EVERYONE-get to experimenting with the letters, and post your results, even if they fail.  If you can't think of anything, COME UP WITH SOMETHING.  Simply tagging along is unacceptable here and also scummy and we don't HAVE to figure out any puzzle if you are scummy enough to get lynched anyway.

We've all been assigned letters.  Every one of these letters is in at least one other player's name.  I wouldn't be surprised if we all had a personal win condition--make someone with the given letter in his name die.

So, here's the question.  If that is the case, how do we maximize the winners and minimize the losers?  It's clear that I have to die if I am to win, under this schema.

I'll go through and analyze things later.  I think that D1 is typically throwaway, so we might as well lynch the "optimal" person and find out what happens, then regroup D2 to think around a bit more.

Also, I think we should let people claim their role before lynching them.  It could help us see if there's bastardry in the roleflips (so if someone claims townie and flips cop, for instance).

...Looking back through at people's names and the letters. This would appear to work because every person has at least one of the letters in their name...Except that Vector is apparently Townie V. He's the only one with a V in their name. So, if something happens to me and Zchris when Pandar (Townie Z) dies (or vice versa, with one of us dying), then what would happen to anybody when Vector dies?

Vector would appear to be alone in this regard.

This allows us to somewhat-safely test whether our win condition is based on us being Letter Lynchers.
