Let's see, I second Solifuge's Child gambit for one of the best plays ever. It failed, because I went off of a lucky hunch, but it was soooo close. And brilliantly executed.

I don't know if that counts, since that was more luck-based then anything else. JanusTwoFace somehow convincing Jetsquirril to kill Frelock instead of himself, when he had claimed Grey Mage just like Jetsquirril is probably a better win.

By far; Org's soloing of all those wizards after he became confirmed Cabal was just because the system is was pretty badly biased and heavily luck based.

I have to hand it to Janus in the first WD; convincing Jet to kill Frelock, despite the fact that Jet knew Janus's Grey Mage claim was a straight-up lie, is easily the best scum performance i've ever seen.
