Don't think they're era-specific. Either really, really, REALLY rare, or only manually addable. I want to say I've seen one in a normal game, but I'm not sure, and slightly doubtful, the more I think about it. But maybe.

They're just brutal, though. Recruitable trolls, war trolls, moose knights, and troll kings. Poptype 71.

Had hoped to get my turn in yesterday afternoon before I left for the holiday, but between packing things and fooling around that didn't happen. Sorry for delay, but could you postpone hosting until Sat, E Albright? 1800 GMT should do it.

The only place I'm certain I've seen them is on semirandomized maps (which, yes, means I had to kill about 80 assorted trolls and a king or three to get to recruit them), but I have a vague nagging feeling I've seen them on a normal map. However, I don't trust that feeling, and freely concede it was probably a scenerio map - Latus or suchlike.

Do you need anther postponement beyond the one I did for you yesterday? I mean, I don't mind shifting it back another two hours if you need it, but 16:00 to 18:00 seems a small difference...

...All kidding aside, check to make sure GoR won't bug up your game first.  Seem to recall reading something about bugs and GoR.

I got mine in on time!  Although I suspect the blame for Kailasa's downfall can be laid at the feet of early AM turn submissions.  I work nights and like to unwind with a drink or two after my shift.

I'm tempted to keep my pretender visible to all and thus soak up all the remote killing attempts. I can hardly imagine anything able to kill a Son of Fenrer in his own dominion.

Milhouse you idiot!  There was a good god damned reason I'd given you those frost brands!!  "Casting death magic might fatigue me and the giants have CR anyway!" you said.  So glad you saved the fatigue while casting Soul Vortex, you survived a whole extra turn before those f_ing cold auras froze your ass solid.

Goddamn I suck.  This game requires so much tweaking but sometimes an extra tweak or two can really screw you.  Also wow, horrible accuracy rolls on Arcane Bolt.
