Tweak Heal Issue

Whenever I try to use Gibbed Tweak it comes up with error 299. Anyone know how to help?

If you're using a 40d# version, tweak doesn't work with that.  If you are using 40d normal, then I don't know.  If all you really want is to heal stuff, there is this trick I found:
