Now, "Armok: God of Blood" is generally considered to be a euphemism for "You: the Player". He doesn't actually exist in-game, which means that he has no real in-game associations.

But on the forums, he seems to have picked some up here and there. Magma is sometimes referred to as Armoks blood. Bauxite is often featured prominently in his temples.

I suggest that we flesh out our deification a bit. For example: Magma is frequently considered Armok's blood. This makes Magma Pipes his arteries.

Flux stone is obviously Armok's subcutaneous fat, while Bauxite is the tunica adventitia tissue that contains his blood. Obsidian is mearly the cholestrol deposits that line the arteries.

Well, we told him not to go with that girl. But would he listen? I told him: Fertility goddesses don't use protection, you don't know what you'd get. But oooh no.

And Kobolds are probably specs of random matter bouncing off of the inside of his veins, until a group of white blood cells arrive with axes to remove its electrons. Or limbs.

When I think of "Large, valuable sphere full of blood-letting demons, with little offshoots", the thing I can best relate that to in a human body is cancer.
