You can't just disregard scum tells; a good case can be made for saying "Oh hey, nobody would be stupid enough to do that if they were scum, they must be town!" for every scum tell in the book. If you see a scum tell, you jump on it, if when you squeeze, more scum tells come out, you lynch the bastard, if when you squeeze you get town tells, you ease up a bit, but keep an eye on the person should any future scum tells come out.


Just going "I'm sure he's not stupid, he can't be stupid enough to throw out all those scum tells." smells alot like a scum trying to defend his buddy.
