ExKirby is, to me, L-1.   I'm one post away from killing him and he's doing nothing to defend himself except suggesting that he has a great role.  When someone is about to die you allow a claim before they die as a last ditch effort.  Web did that, although it didn't save him. 

Two alternatives is to either accept 'defeatism' as a town tell or just vig him right here and now.  A third is if someone can tell me why my argument against him is flawed.

Now, since you want to fuss so much about the side issues behind this, how about commenting ABOUT the issue. 

How does ExKirby look to you?  Is he scummy enough to be killed?  If so, why?

Is he not scummy?  If so then why because I REALLY don't want to be vigging the wrong person.

Can you explain this a bit better? You go on about webadict forever and then just unvote because Toony says he's not scum. It's obviously not because of Eduren's block, since you didn't seem to notice it at the time.
