I rather like the seed system.
If I find a really sweet layout, I can keep track of the seed.

What I like most about this one so far is the completely random layout of rooms.
If there was more continuity, it would be really cool.

No there isnt any scrolling, yet. 'a' to attack, 'd' then a direction to dig.

I'm thinking of picking up a rogue-like side project,
but I'll just wait to add dungeons to Cloud Scream.

@Alfie - Sounds good!  I'll be busy tomorrow morning, and likely unconscious most of the rest of the day (I have to get up before 6AM to make it to my SATs... what fun.  If there's even the slightest delay I think I might strangle someone...)  But any time after that you're welcome to contact me and I can let you know how items work in ToA, as well as some of the mistakes I made in getting them set up.  It may be too late, but what the heck, it may just be helpful :P

@Outcast Orange - Are dungeons your impressive next thing?  Cause that would be freaking awesome!  If you do, please add something akin to the big open caverns that are supposed to be in the next DF release.  Normally I wouldn't advise copying another game like that, but digging your cave and accidentally uncovering a massive underground cavern would be epic!

Urist McHardcaste is laughing at the Goblins. The carving related to the prolonged and bloody death of Urist McHardcastle in the Fall of 1659, the Winter of 1659, and the Spring of 1660. On the engraving is an image of Cheese.

That stuff will definitely happen.
I would love to hide some buried stuff underground.

Sort of reminds me of back when my game was 2D and you could spelunk the planets.

New version out! Note: IT WILL CRASH SOMETIMES, it depends on the seed, hopefully I can get that fixed for next version.

New release! Features: less crashing (note to vista users, if it crashes loads, run in XP mode) and scrolling!
