It would work in a game with no roleflips or death millers, I suppose.  Or, indeed, a game without free pms - the ghost would just be a debate contributor and nothing else.  Wait, actually, if you added a clause that the Ghost couldn't pm people, it might not be too bad...

As for my role: the Global Roleblocking Lynch Immune Doomspeaker ("The ToonyMan").  Probably speaks for itself.

Oh, and I think the most broken game was that game I played with Mipe, Dakarian and Someone (that's his actual screen name) on IRC with the arsonist.  It was totally worth it though for this moment, which I paraphrase.  To put it in context, we had mislynched day 1, and had now NL'd twice.

Yeah, he got an arsonist on a "mild" setup with only a watcher and townies.  It was pretty funny though .

Another nefarious idea I had involved a pair of masons. Secretly, one of the masons is a lyncher to the other mason. They're told this when day 3 starts.

I had the same idea, but better: both mafia and both masons would be lynchers to the respective partner.
