You are Link, Townie Resetter. At any time, during the day, you can play the Song of Time, restarting the entire game and re-shuffling all the roles.

Mask_man, from IRC Mafia, had a different idea:

Better Link Idea: You are link. When the Deku tree died, he told you to find princess Zelda blah blah blah. You may Journey at night. === If link finds Zelda, Zelda will give him the occarina, and he can do the song of time. Once the song of time it sung, the game restarts and roles are shuffled. The song cannot be sung twice, and cannot be sung after day #.

So like, you can block the lynch of ANYBODY.  As many times as you want, and your role has to be town.  So like, why don't you claim Captain first day and block your own lynch to be 100% confirmed?  Yeah, sure.  That'll be cool.  I hear ToonyMan has had this happen to him TWICE.
