Maybe not entirely related, but I recently had my first fell mood in which I got a legendary bone carver with a very strange set of coincidences.

The perpetrator is one woman, Minkot Cudgelsingle, who killed the female Morul Conjuredclositers during the spring of 31. Morul was deep in a grudge with Minkot, with Morul locally known as being VERY "friendly" to every male, and very few females. In a fit of madness genius Minkot killed Morul, proceeded to drag the corpse to a butcher shop and create Usanigris, otherwise known as Murderwhores a dwarf bone set of greaves.

Now Minkot is the most popular one in the fort. 
(And yes it menaces with (a?)spike(s) of Dwarf Bone.)

It's not in Vanilla DF.  The Lord Dakoth's friend modded it into his copy, he said.

Edit: Actually, I'm wrong.  It is in Vanilla DF.  At least, "whore" is.

It was altar that doesn't appear in the standard game.

And there's a legitimate need to have some negative words for evil place names and such. There's even an "untoward" symbol group, which aside from whore, contains such gems as: Anus, Bitch, Crotch, Incest, Nude, Piss, Rape, Slut And Buttock.

Whore is also in the broader "negative" symbol group featuring less naughty content such as: Anger, Blind, Chill, Dank, Famine, Pain, Ruin, Sickness.

Plus it's handy if you want to insult people in dwarvish behind their back.

Not too surpising that the game generates "naughty" names if it's been given "naughty" words to form them.  GIGO.
