One of the better ways(IMO) to find where all your space has gone is right-click->properties on every folder in your main drive. Let it finish counting. Look at how large each is.

May I suggest you install CCleaner and Windirstat from download.com

CCleaner gets rid of temp files safely, and Windirstat basically gives you a graphical representation of your Harddrive. Biggest blocks being the biggest files. Its really pretty and very handy.

It was from electric sheep which was very pretty, and I would have kept it if I could have figured out how to keep the video from being saved
