  The internet has always been full of crazy things. Strange rumors, crackpot theories, and gullible dupes have been able to meet through technology like never before. Sensible people, of course, have always ignore this rubbish.

  But...it's getting a bit hard to ignore these days. People have started disappearing. Murders have been committed, brutal affairs that leave nothing beyond splashes of blood on the floors and walls. A lot of people left town after that, too scared to stay. All of that is bad enough, but then the rains wouldn't stop. Days upon days, and all the roads leading out of town are washed out. Shortly afterwords came the discovery of the three pods, tucked away in an abandoned shed. So it seems that Doppelgangers have come to your town. And anyone, anyone at all, could be one.

  Following the instructions you find on the internet, the 12 remaining members of this tiny town gather to find and kill these abominations.

Webadict, if you're not dead by day 3, you must be scum.  I'd rather have anyone else as scum than you.  So therefore, we need to kill you off before day 3 to keep you from being scum.
