 I wanted to subvert the anime trend, but I really could not find an image that accurately depicted what I wanted to depict. I'll just settle upon making a hand-drawn something. That should work.

Don't remind me of my hair.  My grandma hired some big dumb housecleaner and she's been here since I woke up, and I can't take a shower until she leaves.  My hair is so uncomfortable right now.

 As for the subversion, I just wanted something that was the same but a strong contrast. Like a western animation girl, or a really ugly anime girl. Or something. I dunno, the real drive to do it is gone now.

Actually, I should get my hair cut soon.  It's gotten to the point where if I turn my eyes upwards, I can see it.  By most people's standards, it's short, but I can't stand having it brushing my forehead all the time.
