Lets Play Cuban Missile Crisis: The Aftermath
« on: October 23, 2009, 11:13:15 pm »

Ah yes, good old ancient gaming.
Some how, Americans pissed off the USSR and the Cubans and, well, the world got nuked, and now the Wehrmacht is back too.
Well oh shit. And we need a name.

Well I spinned something and it landed on USA.
Besides, I like rushing stuff with Pershings.
We need tanks. Where would you like these men to go?

Send the lower two units to Dusseldorf, it's outside of their radar range, within ours, and makes an excellent staging point.

Also, send the upper unit to Rotterdam, it's also out of enemy radar range, and we can use it as a base for hit and run flanking attacks to keep them off our main force.

Well it seems the enemy noticed us, and built a sh*t load of tanks. But I took the liberty to get some Pershings out.

Hrm...

Try sending the upper two units to do a pincer attack on those two enemy units that are clustered together, and send the lower units on a rush for the objective.

Sadly, the farthest up unit is unable to travel far, so they'll try their chances at the Airfield.

Take the airfield and give bombing support to your center unit.

Alright, to explain this scenario:
English troops are caught behind the Soviet onslaught, and the Germans are also unhappy towards US. Air support won't be ready here because of the weather, so this will be a completely land operation. The Commies dug in, no sight of the Germans, or Austrians for that matter. The Commies got a few bases where they can churn out Tanks, capture them, capture all their stuff.

Fine, take the center two units and attack the two enemy units, while the right unit squares off with that enemy.
