There already is a jaywalking offense if I remember it right, and you can get arson when you use flamethrowers, so it is possible to actually get a court case for arson, murder, and jaywalking.

No jaywalking, you might be thinking of loitering though. Unfortunately, you won't get it unless you don't have anything else on there. I do agree it would be great if you could get jaywalking from fleeing the police on foot.

I solved that problem by recruiting 6 gang members, giving them rifles and body armour, and directing them in the general direction of the fire station when free speech was at C+. Molotvs work too, I guess.

Let me think of some more

-Bag of Spilling: People can throw away their lives, become willing to give their life for you, and could effectively be your slave, however, when they join your cause anything they weren't carrying on them at the time is effectively gone. Even Landlords will find their buildings with a new owner almost immediately.

-News Travels Fast: Averted. When you kidnap someone there is an invisable timer to brainwash them before people will notice they were gone, however, once this timer is up everyone will know they have been brainwashed for the liberal agenda. This aversion doesn't extend to crimes or non-brainwashing type conversions.

-Plot Armor: Get enough Juice and a character not only becomes capable of surviving attacks that would kill them otherwise even beyond what their body stat will allow, but they also will find that more people will be willing to take bullets for them.
