Speaking of throwing swords, will the game have mods of any kind?
You know, just to make the weaponry choices more interesting?

I might have to go lasher just because no one would ever go lasher.

On that note, if he does something along those lines, he doesn't need to gen a new world.  He can just give some creature a masterpiece adamantine whip for an itemcorpse via raws, then remove the tag later.

The only feasible animal I could make a masterwork adamantine whip from is a masterwork adamantine snake, which would, if anything be MORE deadly than the baron of blood. (Yes, I understand the modding part of that , this is just a joke)

I just thought of something.

If you ask the previous adventurer to join you, do they stop being a member of the town they live in? If that's the case, you might be able to kill them without becoming an enemy of the town if you recruit them first.

Could someone test this out? I know it's simple, but I'm building a tower in DF right now...

Possibly, but I'm not too sure.  Once (several versions ago, mind, hence my unsureness), I had a drunk following me around.  I accidently attacked him, and his resulting rage left me no choice but to kill him.  I went back to the town, and they were hostile towards me.

Recruiting someone keeps the tags of whatever town they came from.
Attacking a recruit makes you an enemy of whatever he belongs to.

1:if a fight is close the baron will get wound bady and not be healed for the next foe.
do we go back a save,or heal him, keep going?
im up for healing him by travel.

2: just how much stuff can it take to the fight
as much armor as i can wear, some food and drink(can i throw my food and drink?) 10 throwing items, spare weapons?,

so can i take rings, earrings, amulets, bracelets
to use as show off.
but Cloaks as anti Wrestling armor(thay grab the worn items and are left with a cloak vs axe)

can i use fire to kill them? i.e. attack, break there leg then set fire to a tree.

a plan to cover them in booze then start bruning stuff.

Hm. We'll have to do the two towns then.

After your fight, you definitely should travel-heal. Definitely.

And if you want to kill the enemy baron with fire, go ahead. It seems difficult. However, if it turns out to be too easy, and everyone starts burning their rivals to death, I will be forced to outlaw it.

However, in the interest of fairness, I ask that you don't set fire to him before he starts attacking you. But it's fair game once he's hostile.

Guys, I apologize that I haven't been working on this lately. In addition to research projects for school (which have been very stress-inducing) I have two drawing projects that I'm working on for the forums.

I really can't say when I will be able to release the first part of Blood Feud, but hopefully soon. Rest assured that I am still excited about it, and I still really want to do Blood Feud. It's just a matter of squeezing it in with everything else.

All I can say is that I'll have this going as soon as I can. Sit tight until then. I'm really looking forward to it, and I hope you guys are too.
