The chainsword slips from Sofia's hand, clanging noisily on the ground, startling Crimson.

"... Mistress? Are you okay?"

Tack then pauses, as the information sinks in.
"Wait. Inaluct is back? How could I have not noticed? He must've been on the other bor-"
Tack pauses again, and then leans down next to NME, propping him up
"Her sister isn't dead?"

WorkerDrone knelt down, noticing his comrade was visibly shaken. "She's alive, but we lost contact with her team. About a week ago. I had to cut through red tape to get out of the frontlines, but now you know. We're doing all we can to get people out of that wasteland but it might take time. I'm sure she's okay."

NME had already fallen on the floor after the announcement of Sofia's sister being alive. This had confused everyone nearby, and he had just gotten up.

Crimson frowns and once again painfully leaves the room.

"Okay... Ill just.. Go sit there..."

After she leaves Sofia turns back to workerdrone.

"But... How is that even possible? I... I saw her die! I was there!"

Luke walked over to NME and Tack, not looking happy at all. While most Space Marines already look that they would fly into a rage at the drop of a hat, the look that the Ultramarine was giving the two would have made a guardsman pee himself.

Moving upstairs, to outside the door where Crimson is, he takes his glove back and goes down the stairs, returning with it full of ice again, before returning to stand with NME.

(No, it is actually part of his god plan, if you had payed attention you would know that he had connected his soul to a neural network of all the mechanical life-forms to essentially make him a one-person hivemind that will one day cover entire planets.)

She's very alive, and has a new crew set up in the wastes, trying to get supplies to the shanties. We tried again and again to convince her to leave, but she firmly refused. The last I talked to her, she promised she'd leave if we got everyone out of there."

He remained silent for a few moments. "I know how you feel. You want to leave immediately. But your not in the Service of Him anymore, Comrade. You know only Soldiers enter that place anymore. You will have to remain in The Bay."

He risked putting a cold metallic hand out to Sofia. "I'll make sure she get's out. On my honor."
