Jazz Motherf***ing Jackrabbit was my childhood.  Booyeah.

That and Commander Keen, plus Doom and Diablo with my dad.


I don't personally remember this, but I apparently was able to play Jazz Jackrabbit without even looking at the screen.  My mother remembers a couple instances where she'd come in and talk to me about something, and I'd carry on a full conversation with her while simultaneously completing the level I was running through.

Watched all of season one of Jackie Chan Adventures, this show is brilliant.
It's like watching a Jackie Chan movie, with magic.

I remember really good Disney films, the Junglebook, lady and the tramp etc. All the good old animated films. Also there was toystory and the amazing reboot. Man i loved that show so much.

Reboot was totally awesome. I'm fairly certain it wasn't Disney though. Vancouver animation studio I think. Not that I vehemently despise all things Disney or anything...although it's tempting...especially since they bought Marvel...but Aladdin and The Jungle Book were great, I loved those movies. And the Aladdin cartoon.

Also: The Tick, Samurai Pizza Cats, Rockos Modern Life, The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat, Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros 3, and those old "500 games!" compilations for the PC with hundreds of shitty shareware games and a few gems like Commander Keen, Secret Agent, Might and Magic games, and the like.

Actually, I think all the things on that list have survived the test of time and are still pretty awesome. I sort of spend half my time constantly reliving my childhood.

This is indeed win. If you read about it the company who did the English version didn't have a translated copy of the transcript. So they made their own up to fit the show (which why the Big Cheese is referred to as a rat, rather than a fox which is what he actually is.)

Any as for cartoons: TMNT the 80's version, anything in the Disney cartoon line up (Duck Tales, Tale Spin, Darkwing Dark, Gargoyles, Rescue Rangers), Eek the Cat, the Beetlejuice cartoon, Batman, Biker Mice from Mars, Sonic SatAM, anything Loony Tones, Tiny Toons, and as has been mentioned before incredible Animanics, and the awesome side side, later spin off, Pinky and the Brain.

As for games: Rick Dangerous, Alley Cat, Hero's Quest (both the computer game and the board game), Sim City, any Quest or SCUMM Game, the original Prince of Persia.

However the very first computer game I ever saw (and have a memory of seeing) is Commander Keen. I can play Marooned on Mar in my head from start to finish because I played it so much.

Again TMNT is the childhood of my older brother.

But I think I saw a few episodes of beetlejuice cartoon. I don't know.
But the film was awesome for sure.
