Trade it all to the humans and dwarves. It's currently believed that since rope reed cloth has a higher value to weight ratio elves who routinely make a profit from trading will bring it. Ironically, the berries, booze, and animals that might actually be useful are usually brought when the elves expect lower value trade.

I like the goblin clothing, personally, keeps most of my haulers in work. It's a great supply of metal as well, and iron/steel are both valuable metals you can use for trade goods, and now that I have the economy active I actually have several dwarves collecting goblin clothing.

Alternatively, you could go find the better goblins mod and put in the no-mess goblins. They're exactly the same as regular goblins, but they only wear armor, no clothing.

Wouldn't the obvious solution be to stop making your own trade goods at that point?
