Really Nice!  :)  I don't know python but Ill stick around and watch this (and maybe annoy you with some suggestions in the future).

I made the rat mesh and a few animations to test the monsters.  I'm pretty happy with the progress of this project, when I dreamed it up I thought it would take a lot longer to get to this point. 

@Nordic Dorf:  Yeah, right now there is a lamp that follows the player, but once inventory is in the light will change intensity/color depending on what light source is being held.

I ended up finding out you can speed up pregnancies by changing the mother to a cat to knock them up and changing back before labor

It looks cool... Must Learn to use Blender! Pretty much taking my time going through the noob to pro wikibook, but it would be cool to tell friends "hey, see that sword, I modeled it".

Yeah, pretty soon I will make a sort of sign up list for contributing all the models for the game.  I'm also planning on doing a few tutorials on how to model/texture/animate in a consistent style for the project.

Heh... I'm actually working on a 3D roguelike... I was actually going to post here soon. I'm not nearly as good at making graphics, and I'm using a different engine. I hope you don't mind.

I use gamemaker, not the best, but easy to use. I'm making mine turn based. I'll probably upload it in a few hours.
