Well, it all depends on what type of food is in the room and the amounts of water in it, but you also must factor in the area in which I live, for example, have I grown up in a place where I survived only by eating fruit and/or other plants/vegetables/fruits/animals due to water shortages, or have I grown up in a comfortable life where I need all the food and water I can get because I have not adapted, and will I be able to choose between the two or will I have to stay with the same characteristics that I currently have?

longbow, reloads faster therefore you can kill more, thus survive longer.
