If we can get to the point where there's NO substitutes around (and note, experts can sub in in Beginner games) then I'll GLADLY remove the 1 sub requirement.  As it stands now, there's 4 sub spots in need of filling and a good few games that ended without a sub (Toon mafia got hurt BAD with 2 of them).  It won't be hard to get to A rank.

Hmm, how about this.  A rank is without the Sub requirement,  A+ is if you've subbed.

Btw: You can have a spotty past and be a S rank.  If you flaked last year but NOW are one of the most active then you're an S rank.  We're not going to sit there and punish people for what they did a year ago.

Cobalt actually has only 4 games, so she technically defaults to N rank.  However, her actions in BYOR:PE and BM4 is very much a good reason to Nom her in my eyes.   Again, these are just to make the 'short list'.  We'll get into a big angry discussion on who actually GETS the rank afterwards (so don't get into a fuss about "OMG" SoandSo got Nommed!?  S rank is USELESS!).

Also, Ill nom myself. Now, we all know, I am mediocre at best in being active. However, when I do, I can and do have cunning plans. That work. I doubt Ill get nommed by anyone other than me though, since many people cant get over the fact that I lurk, alot. And Zai and Alexhans hate me because I would not post more than a little every post.
