Note the above is just a sample
not the actual grades. For one thing, I prefer more exact numbers (as in x # of prods for a D or so)
Also I mean use N for a person with under 5 games and let C for others. Org's a funny case, JUST active enough to avoid insane prods but barely so. B or C dependingly.
@Alex I think you're mostly looking for the S rank. I don't want to try to judge gamestyles in general BUT we can determine who the heavily "games run better with them around" people. Thus S rank and possibly A rank will do.
As for the ranks themselves:
S rank : Not just a regular player but an active one, to the point where the game suffers when they die. Aka. Someone Alex would want to play with
A rank : Extraordinary 1 prod MAX per quarter, no more than 1 per game. No substitution requests. Has substituted in for someone else in at least 2 games
B rank : Regular activity, has requested substitutions (but no forced subs), Most players fall here or in A. Prods under 3 per quarter, 1 per game.
C rank : Lurkers either needing prods or simply lurking semi-regularly. However, they play to the end, if they sometimes need to be pushed. Prods, +3 per quarter or 2+ per game. No forced substitutions.
D rank : May drop from your game unexpectedly. Unreliable. +2 substitutions or 1 forced substitution.
F rank : Specialized Fail rank. Similar to S, requires special consideration to enter this rank.
N rank : Newbie rank. Under 5 games. No forced substitutions.
With that, A rank would be similar to the 2 star now while B would be 1 star. Lurkers who still get to keep their 1-2 star would be in C rank now. D rank is for those who occasionally flake while F is a special case of fail.
Note that the key is still in the hosts. If a player lurks but the host doesn't prod then they DON'T earn a C, even if they pissed off the other players. It NEEDS hosts that will watch and strike at people who don't post.
