That's only available in the In Development version, which itself is only available for those who purchased the game.

Another heads up, that I've chucked my creature pack for the "large_ocean" raw up on the content repository. Still missing a few sharks and some other sea critters, but since I'm probably going to be busy for the next week I thought I'd chuck it up for any aquarium building dwarfies
