I got the Goddamn Tetris effect from digging HOLES.

For a coupla days, everywhere I looked I'd see great big piles of dirt in front of me, which was REALLY irritating.

That actually sounds like one of the more exciting things to get Tetris effect from.
I love digging, as long as its somewhere with very little plant/bug life.

I get the audio tetris effect a lot.  Back when I worked at a Supermarket I could hear carts crashing when I went to bed.  Then when I worked at a banquet hall I heard dishes clinking.  Horrible stuff.

I've had that happen with the Super Mario Land 1 main theme. To the point that when I was in high school I once spent a day half convinced that one of the people behind me was playing videogames in class.

/ic/ made me sad today, my artwork got completely ripped apart without explanation and some pretty accurate and disturbing attacks on my personality were made that really did hit a nerve, and I was told that it's one of the BETTER areas of 4chan, *sigh* never going anywhere near that site again. I don't even want to know what's on the rest of it.

My dreams rarely have any coherency at all, and tend to be the strangest possible amalgam of various games I played the previous day. Makes remembering anything significant very difficult.

I have those pretty often. My advice is to get lucid dreaming ASAP so you can have fun with it. But you don't want a Tetris Effect from a dream caused by a Tetris Effect.

The redundancy could shatter space/time.

Commencing mini-rant:

My job is making me sad these days. Not that it's an especially bad job. I've had worse. I've had terrible jobs. But I work in a pawn shop. At first it's like working on the set of a black comedy, but after a while you start actually seeing the customers as people, and that's when it fucks you.

There's the hopeless alcoholics, crackheads, obvious domestic abuse victims, clearly mentally ill, recently laid off workers, people paying for unexpected funerals, the just plain financially retarded... It's depressing. Welfare day is by and far the busiest day every month. The interest is 30%. And it's my job to leach as much money as possible out of the most desperate people imaginable. And my boss makes a killing.

I just can't wrap my head around half the shit in there. Someone pawned a 50'' LG flatscreen TV today. Why would you even own a 50'' TV if you have to pawn your shit to pay the rent? It's mind boggling.
