Correct; and probably (though, not as likely, considering I make sure I'm hard to crack; I even make myself look poor enough, or damn-worthless as a disguise to hide my true value. I'm a peasant king that hunts adamantine kingdoms.). Going to change most of my passwords (The ones that matter more), and send an E-Mail to Valve, and gather the more optimized paperwork to convince the bank, and Valve if they ask.
I was denied some quality fun and food for the next couple days, and got the other kind of fun instead.
At least I can now explain what happened, and maybe get things rolling as I intended again.
FURTHER NOTE:
Actually, I did get charged for something I didn't purchase, and I have no evidence of said purchases at all (Aside the gaping hole in my account). I would've seen more games, and seen gifting somewhere; nope, nada, zilch (checked records, no evidence of further purchase or gifting; and I previously checked it before the incident, so I have proof in my browser history as well, I am right). This had to be an employee fuck up. Reason I'll contact them first, and notify my bank later so confirmation can be made and whatnot.

Is there a way to backtrace the actions of the account? Like the last information used (for example, if someone else's account purchased using my information instead)?
I'll contact Steam Billing and Support about this. That seems the most rational first move to make.

Working on it right now.Done for now.Gathered my bank info and such (printout of my online transaction info, my letter to Valve, my Steam receipts and account info, a copy of my receipts (essentially the same evidence I provided to Valve in my letter to them); all with highlights, and 2 copies (one for my reference, and another for theirs.)), and gave Valve up to as late as 2:30PM to respond. No such luck. Getting ready to head to the bank as I type (before it closes at 4PM I think). Wish me luck that this will pass by quickly.
Bank is next on my list. I'll handle that tomorrow. Sooner if I get a message from Valve/Steam regarding being a reference, or they settled the situation. I need a replacement card anyhow.

Mysterious Purchases, and Terrible Financial Woes
Attached within is a few receipts. 2 from the bank (1 balance, another transaction history), and one from an ATM where I work (when I first noticed this issue, after I couldn't purchase food at the local store) as a confirmation of insufficient funds. (full-scale 300dpi, scanned. No edits or adjustments have been made). Also attached is my Steam/Valve account information (listing the games I own, along with the prior transactions marked down; if this helps. Stitched together for consistency.). I also included my transaction page from my bank account (sensitive information is hidden, standard for the page), like prior submission, stitched together for consistency.
My complaint is that tonight (1/7/10), at around roughly 8:45PM; I decided to go shopping after work and restock on some foodstuffs. Unfortunately, my transaction couldn't be fulfilled because I had insufficient funds. I tried multiple times to make my purchase work (assuming it was my card acting up. I was wrong.). As it turns out, upon checking my account via a nearby ATM in the store (receipt 2), I was startled to learn that my account has bottomed out below -$600 USD (closer to -$700). Making sure it wasn't a glitch in the system, I went to my nearby bank to confirm this; it was indeed true (Receipt 1).
I decided to try and figure out the source of the issue, and why my account was deep in the negatives by checking my last 10 transactions (only option at the bank; Receipt 3). The only legitimate purchase that I recalled was the one valued in at $10.82 USD. Of greater concern (which can be dealt with at the bank), are the overdrafts caused by such mystery purchases.
After calming down from a rational initial freak-out (it happens, especially with something this unexpected), I headed home ASAP to gather information regarding the issue. I was surprised, and been doing all I can all night to figure out where things went wrong, and how I can solve this issue.
Getting clearer information at my bank's website, and checking in with my account, I looked, looked again, and looked many more times to find out what happened. I checked all my past transactions; email, Steam account, bank account, memory. The last transaction I recalled making (aside the initially, but denied, wanted store purchase) was a purchase for FlatOut, Railroad Tycoon II: Platinum, and Armed and Dangerous. The total price (during the last day of the sale) was equal to $10.82 USD. My prior transactions, however, speak otherwise; despite that according to records, it has a different transaction name, compared to the other transactions. The transactions that concern me most are what are out of place (aside prior recognized value, in which it shares the same name as the mystery ones).
I'm due for at least an explanation of what has happened; and either a refund remedying the problem (equivalent, at least, to how much I lost total), or with your assistance, to help me alleviate this issue with my bank account (as a reference when I talk with my bank tomorrow), and restore it to it's original value, as initially perceived when purchases were made. If I did my math correctly, it turns out I should have at least $45.23 USD still in my account. What I would've expected when I made my shopping purchase.
I am in no way a reckless spender, despite the flurry of purchases made during the season; but I am known to keep an eagle eye on my transactions, and accounts (especially considering the financial drought that is still an issue in America).
I appreciate any help you are willing to provide to make this problem nothing more than a just bad dream. Just as well, I appreciate the sale for it has stocked me with a great amount of entertainment to keep me occupied. In no way do I want to cancel my service or account to Steam or Valve because of an issue, and nightmare, such as this.
UPDATE:
YAY! Everything has been taken care of, and I have money in my account again. Still no word from Valve about the issue however. My views toward the bank is relaxed a bit more. I should getting my new (more cooperative) card in soon enough. My old one is worn out anyway.
I don't get how it gets so badly damaged in my wallet.
