I think about that just about every time I hear Tigger's theme song (which is relatively often; it's in my driving playlist).
Why is Tigger's theme song in your driving playlist?
Because the wonderful thing about Tiggers, is Tiggers are wonderful things?

It's a nice bit of music, that's why.

frumple listens to basically everything. sometimes people do not believe me when i say everything, but it's pretty damn intentional wording

I got some raffi in there, too, banana phone is great

I wish my damn mood would regulate and I could be happy.

I signed up for an STI test just to be sure and the school tried to make me do extra, intrusive tests that went against recommended CDC guidance given the activities I had reported. They took them off the docket after I called them on it. But as far as I can tell they had just decided "they're trans, someone must be doing them in the butt" despite the details I had given them in the rest of the survey.

I'm really angry. I've been being harassed more on the street recently, too, and bothered in the grocery store and that kind of thing. I wish I could make it hurt less. It feels like there's an upswing in violence every election year and . . . and I won't say anything else, I don't know how to make these assholes stop.

vec's cali or somethin', iirc, so it's probably less bad wherever they're at than it is in most places in the US :-\

... well, less bad proportionately. That doesn't always help that much on the individual level when the population density's higher, too...

Starting to feel like I have at least minor vertigo all the time now. It started as something real bad one fall, then it became a fall and spring seasonal thing, now it's summer and still there. Makes car rides awful.
I've had it a lot worse than it is today. The world isn't spinning. But the weightless falling sensation messes with my stomach and makes it hard to focus on stuff I might want to do.

If this is a year round thing, I guess I should get a checkup even though I'm a broke american. And get told "yup, it's broken"?

Well shit Vec, hopefully someone puts something in the water so you don’t have to deal with that.

Chronic vertigo is a very treatable condition, if the severity isn't too bad. It could also be a symptom of something far worse such as infections in places you do NOT want infections in. Also, in most places Urgent Care centers are fairly cheap for an initial exam.

and by fever it turns out my body actually meant "allergic reaction"

I've finally found medicine I'm allergic to! it sucks gigantic donkey balls

who or whatever decided this horseshit was a good/insufficiently bad idea to (not) include in biology needs to be took behind a shed and shot

on bright side, currently far less worried about actually dying, which is good. I'd thank the ER but the chunk they're probably going to take out of my bank account should be plenty enough thanks, really...

Ingesting horseshit as a medicine is a bad idea even if prescribed by a doctor. Indeed, such a doctor should be taken behind a shed and shot, at the very least with rock salt or dried horseshit pellets
