Beeware the sweet allure off a hive's golden treasure! Too much of it, and bears will comb over your treasure for every last drop

Are you saying I can get a blow job from a bear just by peeing in front of one

Because that's what I choose to believe you're telling me

I picture Ranger Smith as a Batman villain.

He'd fit in with the Adam West Batman.

I feel that without my job to keep me held together, I'm just immediately falling back into my old, bad habits of self-hatred and anger towards life; where it's just very hard to feel happy about anything, and very easy to get mad at anything. It feels like the membrane that keeps me human and held together was popped, and so I simply liquefy back into a formless and hateful slime again.

I had a similar thing when I quit my job a few weeks ago, just kinda feeling a little aimless and that grating on absolutely everything.

I dunno man, you need to distract yourself a bit I think, if you’re anything like me anyway. If there are things you can do around your abode to have even a minor feeling of accomplishment that’s a good start. Otherwise hobbies, volunteering, the usual suspects for finding things to do.

Or I could just ask you questions such as what you feel your job did to keep your head together instead of saying what worked for me, assuming you want to go down that path anyway.

So, no more Sundrop lady for Hector.... this is the end of a era.

I'm curious as to how a tank would evolve. Would it climb out of the primordial ooze wiggling it's track-nubs, feeding on smaller jeeps before crawling onto the shore having evolved proper treds?

Of course I was a member of Order of the Bottled Sundrop in a Bottle. We were few, but we were skilled. I personally graduated top of my class, being involved in numerous raids on cola, with over 300 confirmed bottles.

At least you don't wine about the cost. Personally I've always felt it a glass act, and the cola raids really capped it off!

Edit: The motto of your class: 'Victory comes to he who unbottles his anger.'
