I got a reply message from the prospective job saying they can´t guarantee 6 months.

I´m afraid I´m going to have to decline. Flights are scarce, accomodation is worse than usual, and the Irish healthcare job market is a disaster zone at the moment. Plus it´s not at all clear there wont be new lockdowns in Ireland and Spain. .  Unless one or several of the above factors change fast I´m not goint to risk being stuck in a foreign country with no job, no house, and no flights home.

If their new goverment gets their shit together and approve new consultant jobs, even if they´re locums, I´ll be happy to provide my services again. Until then I´m going to bide my time.

Maybe try loving yourself? All the kids are into it these days, or so I'm told.

That or antidepressants, they can help when you hate yourself. Therapy too would probably good.
