I've finished Three Kingdoms 2010 version after watching it over last three months.

Man, it was a blast, and now I have nothing else to watch. Weh.

I've lost count of how many times I've rewatched that, and I can't stop recommending it to anyone who's even slightly interested in epics. Cao Cao's such a lovable bastard, Liu Bei IS a hypocrite and I don't care, but my favourite aside from the big heavy hitters (SIMA YIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII) is without a doubt the much maligned Wei Yan. A neutral expression on the face is literally poison for some customers.  Nothing less than a permanent smile for these people.

Wholly crap, folks.  (Not a typo - I mean that is entirely crap.)

I wasn't talking about dealing with difficult customers. I was talking about the attitude that causes clerks to be paying more attention to their cell phones than doing their job.  This extends all the way up to the "big companies" I mentioned too, like individuals just doing the bare minimum to earn a paycheck (however meager it might be) rather than doing a job.

It's the fundamental loss of the most basic "treat others how you want to be treated - even if others don't treat you that way."
