Fictorum is my current go-to stress relief. You're a powerful sorcerer  seeking revenge after the magical police corps wiped out your order for a crime that they had actually committed (although to be fair they were trying to make amends). So you go around blasting them to pieces. Its very catharthic.

I was playing mass effect, and I somehow managed to glitch into the aqueduct without the mako, and I didn't know I had done it, meaning when I got to the final point I couldn't get to the conduit in time, meaning I had to go back to the first part of the endgame, since that was the last autosave

It's about $10 on Steam right now. Less "expensive", more "explosive".

EDIT: There's also a "Broforce-lite" version called "Expendabros" that was released on Steam for free as part of an advertising campaign for the Expendables movie. It's based off an older version of Broforce though, so while it gives a taste of the gameplay there are a lot of fun bits and nibbles in the bigger game.

If you hate everything about Expendabros though, then you're probably not gonna like Broforce. So that's a free test to see if it's anything you'd consider.

I turned 30 on the 21st, just a few days ago, I didn't want to bring it up at the time. Having the cake deployed just seems way more depressing than anything to celebrate about.
