No no.. Small, achievable goals on the road to betterment.  As you achieve each one, your sense of accomplishment and wellness will improve.  You are a nice person, and everyone has issues with anger.  Finding your way to deal with it is part of being alive.  In the mean time, there are keyboards that can withstand the abuse.

It's not futile. And you should get a new keyboard if it would help you work faster and speed is an issue.

i called my therapist and left a message, as there's no nice way of saying that life is seeming more abysmal and hopeless by the day. i just want to destroy my worthless life but as im continually reminded all my emotions are ephemeral , existing only in that moment and having no worth or substance beyond that. im sorry for always throwing my shitfits, least now i have a good reason to shut up.
