It's 4:15 am. My brain's operating on the basis of it being 5:15 am because the clocks went forwards only two nights ago. I am shattered. I want to sleep. But, of course, the human body is a festering pile of shit so I can't tell my toe "YES I FUCKING UNDERSTAND YOU'RE DAMAGED NOW STOP SENDING THE FUCKING SIGNALS!" and instead it seems I'm going to have to wait until I basically collapse from exhaustion to get any sleep. That or wait for my toe to finally decide "OK, we're done being an irritating piece of shit", whichever comes first.

idk, either drugs or numbing the toe with ice might help.

every job application i do is another pound of dread i feel weighing me down because while i'd love to have... things to do and money in my pocket, there's the other side of the coin, which is:
1. i'm terrified i'll never have any time to do anything anymore unless i sleep deprive myself
2. my schedule for sleep is so fucked i'd need sleep drugs for anything that isnt night shift and even then
3. i'm shooting myself in the foot because i refuse to work in food because my first job was in food, and it stressed me out and made me so miserable i was actively bad at my job and that whole affair was 2 weeks of my life i will never forget despising

so it's just a measure of being so loathsome and afraid of applying out of both the cruel fact that i'm almost definitely going to get denied, or the existential terror that i will be accepted
