Today I woke up and shit sucked.

Also, I need to do something about my depression beard. That sucks too.

Symbolically remove your depression beard, have a bath, get yourself in order and go outside. That usually tends to get people in a going-places kind of mood as opposed to a stewing-in-your-own-filth-and-misery sort of mood you'd normally associate with depression.

Of course, that might be just me when I'm feeling down, which is radically different from being legitimately depressed, so no guarantees on actual effectiveness.

But if I shave my depression beard I have to face my depression double chin and that's much harder to deal with :P

I'm feeling a bit better having been at work for some hours now though.

My mood is in the crapper again for some reason. Feeling kinda empty, if that makes sense.
Maybe it was all the junk food consumed during the gaming session I had with a friend earlier, perhaps that's what's making me feel like shit. Or maybe I'm just subconsciously worried about money. Or any number of other stupid reasons that could be getting me down. I guess I could just be tired... nap time. I really need to get some new headphones to replace these earphones, can barely hear anything out of them anymore.
They've lasted well, though, considering how cheap they were.

I feel generally ill.  Headache, some sort of upset in the gastrointestinal system.  Also tired.

Not a good way to be spending my day if this keeps up.

Tired. Took a short nap, less tired but now disoriented. And tomorrow, the glory of a 9-8 day. With a test at the end. Mmm, good fun.

G'luck.

Blocked an online friend who I'd been fruitlessly trying to help out of the pits for a long while. They'd said some rather alarming things before, but I had to draw the line at emotional manipulation. I've learned the hard way from a previous case that when someone acts entitled to large portions of your time and undivided attention, it's a very bad sign

Missed opportunities.

Same, although for me it's less "today" and more "in general".

I ate a lukewarm schnitzel/parmigana at a reasonably classy resteraunt two days ago and since then I've had a gastrointestinal fire sale.
Solid foods take about two hours to shoot through my system like a log flue except with no log and all flue.

It's not painful or particularly inconveniencing except I guess my nutritional intake can't be great, but my bowel alerts have gone from insistent to remarkably insidious, and now the vaguest inkling of wanting to pass gas is basically a red alert that the flood gates are opening and I have the time it takes to hardboil an egg before my morning's hard boiled egg makes like mayonnaise.

Generally unpleasant.

I was watching two guys at the day ward talking amicably, and couldnt help but think that a dayward is a terrible place to make friends...

I've developed a huge bald spot atop my head. I'm 21. For the first time in my life, I'm having stomach-churning anxiety about my appearance (though I've known some far less severe anxiety there before). And I also feel like I'm being a vain dickhole for feeling like that.

Agh!

That sounds not-good...

Also, it's not vain to be worried about a sudden bald spot at 21, it's probably medically a good idea even.  Definitely ask a doctor?
